"This is clearly a Commodore 64 tape, so this is a "backup" of three commercial games distributed on cassette. The first few seconds of each block are the distinctive noise of the standard Commodore tape encoding, which was dreadfully slow. So people wrote fast-loaders that used different encodings, that's what you hear after the standard encoding. So they loaded the fast loader code with the built-in encoding, then used that fast loader to load the higher-density encoded payload, the main program and data. The wow and flutter on that tape and the Soundcloud compression don't help here, it's bascially unreadable, but the low-bitrate header with the filename was fine. The first block is named "RAMBO", the 2nd "ZORRO", both games from 1985. The third is "FF", which could be anything..."
